Please read our shop policies carefully before placing your order.
Payment:
No orders will fulfilled or shipped without payment. Your order is not complete until payment is received and approved.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders ship from San Antonio, TX within 3-5 business days (except with respect to pre-orders or for products that state a longer lead time on the listing page). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped ground (with an estimated delivery time of 2-8 days), unless you select a priority shipping method.
International Shipping:
We currently offer shipping to Canada, which is shipped via USPS First Class International and the price is calculated based on destination.
Address Change:
If you need to change the address on your order please let us know right away and we will do our best to make the change. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once an order has shipped. Email support@subscrib.io and include your order number as well as the updated shipping address.
Subscrib.io is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
Refunds/ Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason by contacting us at support@subscrib.io.
Except for custom products, all unused, unwashed items may be returned in exchange for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. You must submit your return request including your order ID to shop@subscrib.io. Return requests after 30 days will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Due to the nature of our downloadable items, NO refund or cancellation can be issued for any digital products. All sales of digital downloads are final.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with the shipping service. Once the item has been passed to USPS or UPS, subscrib.io is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
