Return Policy
Refunds/ Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason by contacting us at support@subscrib.io.
Except for custom products, all unused, unwashed items may be returned in exchange for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. You must submit your return request including your order ID to support@subscrib.io. Return requests after 30 days will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Due to the nature of our downloadable items, NO refund or cancellation can be issued for any digital products. All sales of digital downloads are final.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with the shipping service. Once the item has been passed to USPS or UPS, subscrib.io is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
